PechaKucha

Over the last couple of months our Advanced Higher Art and Design pupils have had the chance to work with artists Kate Black and Rachel Mimiec on a PechaKucha project.  PechaKucha is a presentation style which involves talking through 20 slides, for 20 seconds each.  The presentations are fast-paced, innovative and exciting.  The class have been working on a PechaKucha presentation related to their own art work and what inspires them.  Over the weeks, their confidence has grown and they are now ready to present to an audience.

Please find attached a flyer about an event on Thursday 20th November 2014 which two of our Advanced Higher pupils - Aimee Dallas and Rhianne Forrest - will represent the school at, presenting their own PechaKucha.  If you are able to come along and support the pupils it would be greatly appreciated.
