The Study of geographical issues increases pupils confidence as they present their work to peers, and become effective contributions through the discussions of current issues affecting society. Through the study of environmental interactions pupils gain the knowledge to become responsible citizens in an ever-changing world...

The skills you learn in geography are valuable in a wide range of career sectors, including: working with development or aid agencies, environmental work, working for the census office and in tourism and leisure.
